Cadillac CTS In Denver Trim Options | Rickenbaugh Cadillac
The new CTS from Rickenbaugh Cadillac shows us that even in a Sport Sedan, which is traditionally much smaller than a family sedan, for Cadillac bigger is better. While some reviewers out there have the audacity to complain about the suspension in this cross between luxury and performance, they have obviously never driven a performance vehicle. The CTS Coupe receives no complaints in the suspension department, but add some extra doors and all of a sudden performance is supposed to go away? Quite simply, your Cadillac Dealership in Denver offers lots of other models that are not performance centered if you want a pillow soft ride, then go look an Escalade. Please don’t mistake me though, the Cadillac CTS in Denver is extremely luxurious, but it does rankle my feathers a bit when reviewers think one vehicle should be everything to everyone. So if you don’t quite have one foot in the grave then the CTS is great vehicle.
Cadillac CTS in Denver 3.0 liter V6
Apologies, that may have been uncalled for, but The CTS is a wonderful American machine in my opinion. The Cadillac CTS in Denver is available in two engine sizes. There is a 3.0 liter V6 that pumps out 265 horsepower and produces 220 pound-feet of torque. This can be equipped with the optional touring package that adds 5 horsepower due to the dual exhaust. Unfortunately, for 2013 the only transmission available is a 6 speed automatic, but like I said before, one car can’t be everything to everyone and the automatic on the CTS is responsive enough to still be considered sporty. Your Cadillac Dealership in Denver also has a 3.6 liter V6 version of the CTS that manages to produce 318 horse power with 275 pound-feet of torque. A rear wheel drive and all wheel drive version is available.
Cadillac CTS in Denver OnStar
The smallest engine is standard on the entry level package, which for 2013 does not include the base model. The 3.0 Luxury is the starting point for the CTS from Rickenbaugh Cadillac, which seems appropriate given the Cadillac badge. The Luxury includes 17 inch polished alloy wheels, and eight way power front seats which include lumbar support. Of course you still get your OnStar emergency communication system which you’ve come to expect from all GM vehicles, but did you know that you also get “smart” windshield wipers. They don’t only know when it’s raining and turn on the wipers they also can tell how hard it’s raining and turn up the speed when necessary, possibly saving American countless sprained wrists every year due to excessive wiper knob twisting. Of course we couldn’t call a model “Luxury” unless it included a Bose eight speaker sound system that can connect your phone via Bluetooth and play your six favorite CD’s in a row with the in dash disc changer. Of course the aux audio jack may negate the need for CD’s to ever enter your vehicle at all. As I mentioned earlier the Luxury can be boosted with the Touring package, which includes a 18 inch alloy wheels, the much maligned sport suspension, adaptive headlights, a dual exhaust, and foglights.
Cadillac CTS in Denver 10 speaker Bose sound system
The Cadillac CTS in Denver next offers the 3.6 Performance package. Which obviously offers the 3.6 liter 318 horse power drive train. The already very nice sound system gets an additional two speakers bringing it to a quite overzealous 10 speaker Bose sound system, but we lose 5 CD’s in the trade. To make up for this loss of musical variety via the CD changer the Performance offers a USB audio interface. If you haven’t controlled your digital music through the stereo in your car then believe me it’s a feature that you need.
Cadillac CTS in Denver 348 horse power engine
Rickenbaugh Cadillac also offers the daddy of the Cadillac CTS in Denver packages the 3.6 Premium. Of course we still have the 3.6 liter 348 horse power engine from the 3.6 Performance, but we get some more luxury in this iteration as well. A fully electric panoramic sunroof starts us off with some beautiful views while we’re traveling through the mountains guided by a pop up touchscreen satellite navigation system. We can avoid all that messy traffic and weather all together with real time updates. Wood trim finished off the feeling of luxury on the inside of the CTS Premium, but we still have a few options to explore in the performance department. We can take our mountain drives even quicker with the FE3 sport tuned suspension, which can be coupled with summer tires to provide a ridiculous amount of response and grip in the corners. Your Cadillac Dealership in Denver can also outfit your CTS with upgraded brakes, a limited slip differential and steering wheel mounted shift paddles. Recaro racing seats are even available for the Premium package.
